Most of the best skin care products are all natural. You can find ingredients in your own kitchen to make natural skin care products and masques for almost any skin condition.

If you have dry skin, try mixing 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Apply it to your face and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before wiping it off with a damp towel. Make your own face creams using ingredients like mayonnaise, avocado, beet, or corn syrup – all of which have been found to be great dry skin treatments.

For oily skin, mix 1 grated apple with 5 tablespoons of honey. Leave it on your face for 10 minutes before rinsing off. Other natural ingredients for oily skin care include Epsom salt, parsley, mint, egg whites, and sage. Find the combination that you like the best.

For acne treatment, try 2-3 teaspoons of dried basil steeped for 10-20 minutes in 1 cup of boiling water. After letting it cool, apply it to your skin with a cotton ball. There are many natural ingredients that people have great success with in the search for clear skin, including barley, honey, plums, and strawberries.

A great all natural anti-aging treatment is to mix ¼ cup heavy whipping cream with 1 medium banana. Squeeze in 1 vitamin E capsule and smooth on your face and neck. Wipe it off after 10-15 minutes. Youthful skin can also be achieved with healthy ingredients like cucumber and honey. Lemon juice can be a great added ingredient to help fade age spots.

Experiment with your own healthy recipes and soon you’ll have more youthful skin – and if you eat your skin creams before they make it to your face, you’ll just be getting more beautiful from the inside out.
